4. How can I cancel my Autopay Payments? To cancel your AutoPay payment information, log in to your account and click on the “My Account” link located at the top corner of the page, then click on “Manage Payments” and then redirects you to the payment page. From there, click on the “Cancel AutoPay” option and click on the “Continue” button to cancel the AutoPay page.

5. How Can I confirm if my online payments were received? The moment you complete your online payment process, a payment confirmation screen will appear showing the date your payment was scheduled for and when you are selected. This will immediately prompt an automatic response email to be sent to the email address that you provided during the payment process.
